Start now and enrol in our Kickbox for fun and fitness class. You will learn the first moves of the fighter: How to kick and punch effectively and then use those moves Full Contact on the pads. And don't worry, the only hitting will be you thumping the pads. These moves are easy to learn. You will soon be throwing effective kick/punch combinations that will increase your stamina, build your power and put you back in control.
