is to learn really good basic hard kicking and punching which is covered
in the Kickbox class, combined with Ju Jitsu/Judo and ground fighting
which is covered in the Shinbudo class. Both the Kickbox and Shinbudo
programs teach basic effective, simple to learn fighting technique. At
the same time, in order to really walk with confidence you need to get
fit, flexible and centred. Fight Club does all of that plus more.
